Shipping & Returns

Shipping pottery is a delicate business. There is a chance that it may crack or break in transit. I do my best to package my pieces to mitigate the chance of this happening, but if there is something wrong with the piece when you receive it, please send a picture and a message on my contact page.

If you order a piece that is made to order (nearly everything), it will take approximately one month for me to make then ship the package. I ship everything on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.

I aim to reuse materials as much as possible. This means that you may receive your new pottery in a pet food box utilizing ripped pillow fluff as space filler material.
